Study Wine in Chinese with École V in Paris or Burgundy

Starting in 2022, École V will be offering its Wine and Spirit Education Trusts course in Simplified Chinese. The courses will offer Chinese speaking students a unique opportunity to obtain a globally recognized wine certification.

Is there a better place in which to learn about wine than France? Our two locations are ideal to combine pleasure and wine education. Whether you are vacationing or accommodating a busy schedule, École V offers the Wine and Spirit Education Trust Awards in Wines throughout the year, with 1-5 day courses to match your schedule.

Whether you are a beginner knowing little about wine or an expert with extensive knowledge, the three levels of the WSET are tailored to support every student in their learning journey. Our courses and tastings will transport you to the world’s most renowned wine regions.

To make learning about wine even more memorable, we feature top-quality wines at École V! All the wines tasted during the courses are sourced from the world’s best vineyards and reflect the purest expressions of their terroir. A unique tasting of Château de Pommard’s flagship cuvées is also included in the programs, as a nice way to introduce you to the wines of Burgundy.

For city-lovers who want to discover the City of Lights, taking your WSET course in our Paris school is the perfect excuse to wander through the bustling streets of central Paris. You can then reward yourself after a studious day by going on a shopping spree at Printemps Haussmann. Test your wine pairing skills at Bouillon and enjoy a typical French meal with the wine of your choice. Finally, celebrate the end of your course with a drink at la Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels and proudly expose your wine knowledge!

If you are planning a trip to Burgundy, this is the perfect opportunity to take your WSET wine course in the heart of a historic wine estate, Château de Pommard! Explore the mythical Route des Grands Crus and see the famous vineyards of Domaine de La Romanée-Conti and the Clos Vougeot. After a full day of tasting and learning about wine, relax and enjoy a local dinner at La Table du Square with local wine. Don’t forget to visit l’Hôtel-Dieu in Beaune for a trip back in time.

At École V, no matter which location you choose for your course, our Chinese-native speaking teacher, Zhuyun, will help you achieve your learning goals. With her extensive experience in the wine industry, she will give you the keys to make confident choices when it comes to wine. Learn more about Zhuyun here.
