Explore the intriguing realm of food and wine pairing through a 6-course meal from the award-winning Chef and Owner of Bistronomic, Martial Noguier, paired with the perfect holiday wines from Château de Pommard. Learn why both red and white Burgundy are such fantastic “food wines” as Château de Pommard Wine Advisor, Cedar Stoltenow, walks you through the principles of wine pairing and menu design. As we follow the Route des Grands Crus, compare the region’s multiple expressions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and how each style pairs differently.
