How much studying is required prior to the start of the course?
For Level 1, no prior study is required. For Level 2, a minimum of 12 hours of self-study with the study materials received upon booking are required prior to the start of the session. For Level 3, 60 to 80 hours of self study before your course are required, although many people spend a lot more time preparing for this level.

Who are Ecole V educators?
Our team of educators are all fully qualified to deliver our WSET programs. They all have their WSET Level 3, a Diploma in Wines certification or Master of Wine.
What course formats do you offer?
Level 1 - One day over the weekend.Level 2 - Either 3 business days or a 2-day intensive format over the weekend.Level 3 - 5 days spread out over 2 weeks.
When is the exam?
For Levels 1 and 2, the exam takes place during the last 45 minutes (Level 1) or last hour (Level 2) of the training. For Level 3, the exam takes place on the final afternoon of the course.
When will I receive my study material?
For Level 1, you will receive all study material on the first day of the course. For Levels 2 and 3, your study materials will be sent by mail within 3 business days after your booking confirmation.
