Our Clos Marey-Monge Monopole is a singular expression of our terroir, where biodynamic and regenerative practices nurture a mosaic of soils. This blend of seven cuvées results in an elegant and complex Pinot Noir.

Pommard
6 to 80 years
Winemaking

Certified organic (AB) and biodynamic (Demeter). Hand-harvested biodynamic grapes, hand-sorted on a vibrating table. 5% whole-cluster, placed into stainless steel fermentation vats by gravity flow. Vertical press. Malolactic fermentation. Placed in French oak barrels for aging on fine lees. Light filtration before bottling.
