Biodynamic certified (Demeter). Organic certified (AB). Selected biodynamic Pommard grapes, hand-harvested and hand-sorted on a vibrating table. Direct pressing. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tank with indigenous yeasts. Aging on fine lees in stainless steel tank. Fining and filtration.

About Bourgogne Rosé

The Bourgogne Rosé appellation was established on October 14, 1943. It is part of Burgundy’s regional wine designations, covering an expansive area of 384 communes across the departments of Yonne, Côte-d’Or, Saône-et-Loire, and Rhône. These wines, also known as Bourgogne Clairet, are typically crafted from Pinot Noir, with some blends including Gamay or Pinot Gris. They are distinguished by their fresh, fruity aromas and delicate pink hue.
