Complex and multi-layered, our Chassagne-Montrachet 2021 has a straw-gold color. The buttery nose is marked by aromas of Acacia and hawthorn. The palate is fresh, with rich notes of dried fruits and honey, and a light touch of white pepper. The finish is persistent and refreshing. There is no doubt this wine is capable of seducing again and again over the next 10 years.
Rising between 220 and 325 meters above sea level, the soils composed of marl, clay, limestone and pebbles in the southern end of the Côte de Beaune produce this Chassagne-Montrachet, a fresh and full-bodied Chardonnay showing the finest expression of the terroir.
