Saint-Aubin 2017

-
Behind its pale lemon color, this Saint-Aubin 2017 reveals an intense nose of white flowers, citrus and white fruits, such as pears and green apples. The palate confirms these flavors and underlines buttery and lemon notes. The acidity is high, balancing the creamy mouthfeel with a refreshing finish. Suitable for aging, this Chardonnay can be appreciated from now on.

Lying in the southern part of the Côte de Beaune, between Chassagne and Puligny, Saint-Aubin spreads its vines on the steep slopes neighboring the Montrachet where it benefits from a dry and cool climate. Fresh and elegant, our Chardonnay coming from vines located on the heights of the village reveals the finesse of this clay and limestone-rich Côte de Beaune terroir.
