Behind its pale yellow color, our Savigny-Les-Beaune 2020 reveals a lightly toasted, buttery nose with citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon. The palate is rich and straightforward, while the finish displays great balance between amplitude and minerality.
Between the hills of Corton and Beaune, Savigny-Les-Beaune is a very old wine village. Historically, the vineyard belonged to the Dukes of Burgundy and neighbouring abbeys. Its limestone-rich soils give birth to a fresh and floral Chardonnay, a gorgeous representation of this unique terroir.
